Job Title: Experienced Social Worker – Children’s Services (Social and Healthcare Qualified)

Our teams manage a broad range of cases including:

* Child-in-need and child protection

* Legal proceedings

* Looked-after children

You will work creatively and proactively with families, promoting positive change and supporting children to grow up safely within their own homes wherever possible. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic, compassionate team that puts children and families at the heart of everything we do.

Our Teams

You’ll be joining a dedicated group of professionals including Social Workers, ASYEs (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment), and Family Practitioners – all supported by experienced Team Managers and Assistant Team Managers.

Working Arrangements

Social Workers must be available to:

* Cover their caseloads reliably

* Visit children and families as necessary to meet service needs

* Work flexibly – while there are opportunities to work from home, you must be responsive and available when required
