About the Role:
As a Reception Teacher, you'll be at the heart of helping young children develop their foundational skills, building their confidence and love for learning. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Create a stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and independence.
* Support children's emotional and social development, ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom culture.
* Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to support each child's individual learning journey.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, providing timely feedback and support where necessary.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience or a passion for teaching in the early years.
* A creative, enthusiastic approach to teaching that makes learning fun and engaging for young children.
