We’re looking for a driven, resilient Area Sales Executive with a hunter mentality to own their patch in Oxfordshire. This is a 100% new business role, so you’ll be focused on identifying opportunities, winning new clients, and driving growth across the region.

What you’ll be doing

* Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region

* Building and managing your own sales pipeline

* Meeting clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

* Delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximising every opportunity

What you’ll need

* Proven new business / field sales experience — ideally within waste or environmental services

* Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Full UK driving licence
