Pyramid8 are recruiting for a Training Co-Ordinator for a large manufacturing organisation based in Scunthorpe employing over 200 people. This is a great opportunity for someone with training experience to be a part of a fast-paced company and help to grow their training and development.

To ensure that on-site production and mandatory training are completed promptly and in full compliance with all relevant standards. This includes aligning production and training requirements with overall business strategy while maintaining adherence to site compliance. The Training Coordinator will deliver effective training to the production workforce through well-structured mandatory courses, continuously developing and enhancing these programs as needed. Additionally, to maintain accurate and up-to-date production training documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they reflect current requirements. This also involves creating new SOPs for new machinery or processes in collaboration with subject matter experts and taking full ownership of the production training function.

The Role

* Involved in Inductions and onboarding and be the operational point of contact

* Responsibility for Learning and Development Coordination activities particularly for production staff for mandatory training

* Supporting all the development and delivery of training and HSE compliance working with areas to improve training and looking at gaps

* Developing L&D materials

* Working to training budgets

* Working with managers to assess specific training needs and development plans

Person

* Train the Trainer Qualified

* Food Safety Trainer would be desirable

* Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written

* Competent at designing and delivering training

* Experienced in manufacturing environment

* CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
