Preschool Manager – Woolmer Green
Salary: £38,000 FTE (Term-Time Only)

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Manager to lead our term-time only setting in Woolmer Green.

Key Responsibilities

*

Lead, support and develop the staff team to deliver outstanding early years education and care.

*

Manage the day-to-day operations, including staff rotas, planning, and resources.

*

Ensure all policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are met.

*

Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community.

*

Drive continuous improvement across the nursery.

About You

*

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable).

*

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within early years.

*

Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding procedures.

*

Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

*

A genuine passion for delivering the best outcomes for children
