Dynamite Recruitments design and manufacturing client with offices in Waterlooville are looking for a Customer Service Representative with confident communication skills to join their team.
Duties include:
Management of orders and order entry, credit checks, and contract administration.
Quotation handling, upselling and subsequent follow ups.
First point of contact for customer requests, service enquiries and complaints via phone, email and live chat.
Taking full ownership of the resolutions of customer requests and escalations from beginning to end.
Liaising with other departments particularly the sales team.
The ideal candidate:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales and Customer Service role.
Knowledge of SAP, CRM tools and MS Office.
Strong customer relationship skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive, can do attitude
