Job Title: Parts Advisor – Poole Area
Salary: Up to £29,000 DOE + Uncapped Performance Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am–6pm (1-hour lunch) + occasional Saturdays, 9am–1.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Handling parts enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face

*

Advising customers on availability, price, and compatibility of parts

*

Processing orders efficiently and accurately

*

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers

*

Supporting the workshop and service teams with their parts requirements

*

Managing stock control and ensuring the parts department runs smoothly

About You:

*

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (automotive sector preferred)

*

Excellent customer service and communication skills

*

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

*

Confident working in a fast-paced environment

*

Team player with a proactive attitude
