Key responsibilities:

Supervise daily engineering operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules and repair tasks effectively.
Oversee a team of engineers and provide leadership and guidance.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the engineering department.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of engineering staff.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational goals.
