Our Client, an FMCG sector company, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis. They have a proven track record in developing talent and providing excellent career progression prospects.

Key responsibilities - Customer Service Administrator:

* Receiving/placing orders from customers

* Managing the bookings of customer collections from site

* Providing support major UK retailers

* Supporting in-office transport, reception and POD teams.

* Supporting the commercial team with client management and future business

* ·Supporting yard, operations and loading staff

Skills & experience- Customer Service Administrator:

* Prior experience within an order processing, customer service or administrative role

* Customer service focus with excellent communication skills

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills

* Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail

* Positive and pro-active attitude with the ability to work under pressure and under your own initiative

* Able to efficiently use a computer including Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other business critical software

* Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary

Hours - Customer Service Administrator

* Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700 (1-hour lunch break)

* On-Call, one weekend per month

* On-Call, one week per month (Apply online only))

Benefits- Customer Service Administrator:

The position offers a structured work week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, along with on-call duties every 4 weeks. In terms of benefits, you can expect:

* Basic Salary: £32,926 p/a (£15.83 p/h).

* On-call Allowance: £2,400 per annum

* Bonus: £1,000 per annum

* Overtime Rate: 1.5x with occasional Saturday half day working
