Location: Kent (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £31,000 - £38,000

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), including annual reviews and amendments

Ensure compliance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice (2015)

Work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused EHCPs

Act as the key contact for families, offering guidance and support

Maintain accurate records, track progress, and contribute to service improvements

Requirements:

Previous experience managing EHCPs is essential

Strong understanding of SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
