Engineering Supervisor - Northamptonshire
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + overtime
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

The Role
As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be the right-hand to the Engineering Manager - leading day-to-day engineering operations, keeping your team focused, and making sure breakdowns, projects, and planned maintenance all flow smoothly.
You'll:
* Run daily team briefings and plan workloads
* Prioritise reactive and preventative maintenance
* Liaise with contractors and coordinate site maintenance
* Support ongoing projects and CI initiatives
* Provide hands-on technical support and guidance
* Be part of an out-of-hours rota (mostly remote)
Team-wise, you'll have around a dozen skilled engineers plus an apprentice and coordinator backing you up - it's a well-structured, capable crew.
What You'll Bring
* Time-served, multi-skilled maintenance background (electrical or mechanical)
* Experience leading engineers in food, FMCG, or heavy industry
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering
* IOSH / NEBOSH (or an understanding)
* Calm under pressure, organised, and genuinely team-focused
