The School

The Religious Studies department often hosts guest speakers who will bring a unique perspective to challenging topics. The Role
The successful candidate will:

Teach Religious Education across Key Stages 3–5, including A-Level Philosophy and Ethics
*
Plan and deliver challenging, thought-provoking lessons that encourage analytical thinking, moral reasoning, and reflective debate
*
Contribute to the wider co-curricular and intellectual life of the school

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Religious Education Teacher who:
*
Holds a good Honours degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or related subject
*
Has a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE with QTS or equivalent)
*
Brings experience teaching RE at KS3–KS5, ideally including A-Level Philosophy/Ethics
*
Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge, passion for teaching, and academic ambition
*
Has strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
*
Is keen to work in an all-boys' setting that values integrity, scholarship, and intellectual independence
