Gateline Customer Service Assistant
? Location: Glasgow Exhibition Centre
? Salary: £15,091 during training, rising to £17,564 on completion
? Training: 5-day training + 2-day induction
? Contract: Permanent
⏰ Hours: Part Time - 23 hours

What You'll Do
Be the friendly face of the station, providing assistance and information to customers.
Help with wheelchair access, ticket sales, and ensure smooth operation of the gateline.
Keep the station safe and welcoming by managing queues and responding to hazards.
Work as part of a proactive team that puts customer experience first.
What We're Looking For
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Confidence to handle challenges and resolve conflicts positively.
A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
No experience? No problem! We'll provide full training in customer service, first aid, disability awareness, and more.
