As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained from day one and supported by experienced consultants to build your own desk within the education sector.

You’ll learn how to:
+ Recruit and place education professionals into schools
+ Build relationships with schools and candidates
+ Manage interviews, compliance, and placements
+ Develop a strong understanding of the education recruitment market
+ Progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role within your first 6 months

+ A strong work ethic and positive attitude
+ Confidence communicating with people over the phone and in person
+ Ambition to build a long-term career
+Resilience, drive, and a willingness to learn
+ Sales, customer service, or education experience is beneficial but not essential
