Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment.
Ensure all machinery operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and improve overall line efficiency.
Maintain best practices in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone with a strong multi-skilled background and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven electrical and mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant technical qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Desirable Skills:
Welding experience (advantageous but not essential).
Prior knowledge of plastics recycling and extrusion processes will be a distinct advantage.

Package & Benefits:
Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 45 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Days
Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays
Overtime or shift allowance available
