Recruitment Solutions (NW) LTD are currently partnered with one of our clients, finding someone who will be responsible for the end to end management of their legal function. Based out of their Head Office in Manchester you will working to support a group of companies with a combined turnover of £200m+.

As Legal Director you will take responsibility and control of all Legal Matters – relating to Contract Management / People and Property. You will need to be a character that will want to work in a fast paced – challenging and rewarding role and business – it is a cliche but truly no 2 days will be the same!!

Legal Counsel / Legal Director – The Role:

* Qualified Solicitor – with a current practising certificate

* Proven experience across Commercial – Dispute Resolution – have a proven track record of Defending and Winning Claims

* Ability to manage and prioritise a variable workload

* Keeping up to date with new areas of Law – working to advise CEO and Directors and the wider business

* Constant review of Legal Compliance – including Contract drafting and reviewing

* Update of Group Company Policy and the training of Managers across the Group

Legal Counsel / Legal Director – The Package:

* Annual Salary ranging from c £70,000 – £90,000 doe

* Annual Performance related Bonus / Profit Share and Salary Review
