Synapri are hiring an experienced Procurement Manager to join a major professional services organisation on a high-profile Real Estate & Office Services programme. This is a fast-moving contract role where you’ll have real visibility, senior stakeholder exposure, and the opportunity to deliver measurable commercial value.

What you’ll be doing:

Owning end-to-end Source-to-Contract activity across real estate and facilities categories

*

Leading complex sourcing projects and negotiating contracts with a focus on total value, not just price

*

Partnering closely with legal and senior business stakeholders to manage risk and close contracts

*

Developing clear scopes of work, KPIs, and SLAs to drive supplier performance

*

Building strong supplier relationships across EMEA

What we’re looking for:

*

Proven experience in procurement / category management (5+ years preferred)

*

Strong background in real estate, facilities, or construction-related sourcing

*

Confident negotiator with a track record of managing risk and total cost of ownership

*

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

*

CIPS (or equivalent) desirable but not essential

*

EMEA or global experience highly advantageous
