Supply English Teacher – Hull Secondary Schools

Contract type: Full-time / Part-time, Day-to-day, short- or long-term supply
Salary: £140 – £226.63 per day (dependent on experience and scale)

About the role
Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a dedicated and adaptable Supply English Teacher to work across a variety of secondary schools in Hull. You will deliver engaging and creative English lessons at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, using either pre-set materials or your own planning. Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification

Have experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 (applications from ECTs are welcomed)

Be confident managing classroom behaviour and adapting to new environments

Provide two references, including one from a recent teaching post

Be reliable, flexible, and ideally have access to your own transport for travel to and from schools in the Hull area

Hold, or be willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service
