With a strong and growing portfolio, the team delivers high-impact projects across Social Housing and Healthcare projects. As they continue to expand, they’re looking to add a skilled and motivated Intermediate Architectural Technologist to support their next phase of growth.

The role of an Architectural Technologist:
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, technical packages, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective, buildable design solutions across a range of project types
• Conduct site surveys and visits to ensure project compliance and design integrity during construction phases
 • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum

Essential Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role: 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations, codes, and construction standards
• Proven technical drawing skills and a sharp eye for detail
 • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
