We’re recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious modular design & build scheme in partnership with a renowned client and Camden Council. The project comprises the off-site manufacture and on-site installation of 11 steel frame volumetric modules, forming specialist studio, office, and welfare spaces.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing modular or complex D&B projects

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

*

Solid technical background and eye for detail

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential

*

London-based or commutable
