Candidates must have the following expereince to be considered:
* Professional experience of working with children (6 months minimum).
* Ability to motivate learners/help raise self-esteem.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Has to be reliable, with good availability
* Has to be patient and understanding of the students' needs
