Location: Borough Green, Kent TN15

Hours: 4 on, 4 off – 12-hour shifts (12:00–00:00 for first 3 months, then 14:00–02:00)

Salary: £31,000 per year + bonus

About the Role

Join a busy, fast-paced fresh produce warehouse! We’re looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be working in a cold storage environment and performing manual handling and heavy lifting as part of your day-to-day duties. This is a permanent role with excellent benefits and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Pick and scan orders accurately

* Load and unload vehicles safely, including heavy lifting

* Operate ride-on pallet trucks (counterbalance forklift training provided)

* Support packhouse and stock administration

* Maintain a safe, tidy warehouse and follow all health & safety procedures

Requirements

* Current or recently expired ride-on pallet truck licence

* Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting

* Comfortable working in a cold storage environment

* Good attention to detail

* Basic IT skills and willingness to train on forklifts

* Previous fresh produce or FMCG warehouse experience is a bonus
