Responsibilities:

Develop detailed design drawings and specifications.
Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and documents using CAD software.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulations submissions.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the construction process.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
5+ years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.Benefits:
