Teaching Assistant

Location: Newmarket & Surrounding Areas
Position: Part-Time / Full-Time
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Newmarket and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development and enjoy working as part of a supportive school team.

The Role:

Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities

Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Support pupils with academic, social, and emotional development

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)

A positive, patient, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Relevant qualifications desirable but not essential
