Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer

I am working with an established M&E building services contractor, who provide technical support to the commercial building maintenance sector, to hire a Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their highly skilled mobile team covering London and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable and motivated engineer looking to develop their skills within a reputable business that works across a variety of commercial contracts.

The Role:
As a Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer, your duties will include:

Planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
Mechanical fault finding and diagnostics in plant rooms
Maintenance, inspection, and corrective works on mechanical plant and equipment
Working on pumps, pipework, and associated mechanical systems
Completing PPM tasks and maintaining accurate recordsTo be considered for this role, you will need:

A recognised mechanical qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent)
Proven experience working in commercial plant rooms
Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
Experience working on pumps and mechanical systems
A full UK driving licenceThe successful Mobile Mechanical Engineer will be on up to £42,000, depending on experience + van + fuel card + pension + 28 days holiday, including bank holidays + package.
