Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Supply (must be available 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at least 2/3 days per week)
Location: Northampton, NN4
Salary: £85-100 per day

About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Northampton. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of primary school students in a mainstream setting. You may also be required to provide additional support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This position offers flexibility, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or supply work to suit your schedule.

Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students as directed
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support students with SEN in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategiesRequirements:

Some experience working with children, either personally or professionally.
Classroom experience would be advantageous but not essential.
DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
Ability to communicate effectively with children, teachers, and parents
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and developmentBenefits:
