Job Title: CNC Miller Setter Operator

Location: Coventry

Shift: 4 day working week!! (37 hours)

Salary: Up to £17.50 DOE

The CNC Miller setter role:

The CNC Miller Setter Operator is responsible for the precision machining of complex components to aerospace and defence standards. The role requires setting and operating multi-axis CNC milling machines, ensuring all products meet strict quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

CNC milling setting and operating 4 & 6 Axis
Reading and working from engineering drawings.
Working to tight tolerance and using quality measuring tools to check work.
Working independently whilst maintain standards and project requirements.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining CNC machine and all associated equipment and machining area.
Reporting into CNC Team Leader
Understanding of how to programme would be beneficial.Previous Experience:

Apprentice trained or Proven experience as a CNC miller
Experience in high precision manufacturing environment.
Able to read & interpret technical drawings
Experience with CAD/CAM software
Knowledge of other machine operations (desirable)To Apply:
