Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Supply (Primary) | Sheffield & Surrounding Areas

Location: Sheffield & surrounding areas
Pay: Competitive daily rates
Contract: Full-time, supply (minimum 3 days per week availability)

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time supply basis across primary schools in Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible, motivated TA who enjoys variety, building relationships with different schools, and making a real impact on pupils' learning and development.

The Role

You will be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support where needed. Your role may include:

Supporting learning in small groups and on a 1:1 basis

Assisting with phonics, reading, and numeracy

Supporting pupils with SEND and behavioural needs

Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

A Teaching Assistant qualification (minimum Level 2)

Availability to work at least 3 days per week

Experience supporting behaviour and/or SEND (desirable)

Experience supporting phonics (desirable)

A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
