We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a major commercial construction project in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile development and work alongside a dynamic construction team delivering excellence on site.

Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all electrical works on a large-scale commercial project

*

Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

*

Develop and maintain project programmes and budgets

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors

*

Attend site meetings and provide progress reports

*

Manage procurement of materials and equipment

*

Lead commissioning and handover processes

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects

*

Black ECS

*

SMSTS

*

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building services

*

Experience managing large project budgets

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to work on-site in Edinburgh
