Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of an ILS Engineer.

This role requires a broad knowledge and experience of electronic systems, including Through Life Support.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Develop and deliver ILS strategies, costings, and documentation

*

Conduct reliability predictions, FMECA, MTBF, and supportability analyses

*

Manage obsolescence and component sustainability plans

*

Liaise with design teams to integrate supportability into development phases

*

Produce and maintain technical publications and maintenance plans

*

Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders and customers

Requirements:

*

Minimum 5 years of ILS or Systems Engineering experience in the defence/aerospace domain

*

Degree-qualified in an engineering discipline

*

Proficient in reliability and safety analysis tools

*

Familiar with defence standards and through-life support methodologies

*

Eligible for UK Security and ITAR clearance

Desirable:

* Experience with PTC Windchill or equivalent tools

Please note all candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance.
