Job title: Team Leader (Grounds Maintenance)

Location: Ex 15 (Cullompton)

Working hours: Full time (Mon-Fri)

Salary: £28.5k - £30.5k (Based on experience & qualifications)

Job Description:

In this role you will be working alongside an Operative to successfully complete a schedule

and programme of works to specification. Your responsibilities include:

Delivering a scheduled round of works
Effective management of customers' expectations on site
Leading and developing your team
Carrying out horticultural and grounds maintenance related tasks
Use of commercial grounds maintenance equipment
Maintenance of van and machineryDesirable Skills & Experience

PA1 & PA6 spraying certificate
Trailer use and experience
Basic fencing and landscaping experience
Chainsaw and chipper license
3 years' experience within grounds maintenance
Proven good attendance and performance record
Ability to use and maintain a variety of commercial grounds maintenance equipment
The fitness to handle the physical requirements of the job
