Location: South Birmingham
Contract: Temp or temp to perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £23 per hour (CIS)

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Multi Skilled Carpenters to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day Carpentry upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic/social housing settings

Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties

Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)

Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry / Joinery (can consider time served)

Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs

Strong communication and customer service skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to perform basic secondary trades - desirable to have experience with fire doors / glazing
