Salary: £25k-£28k FTE

Hours: Flexible – part-time or full-time (min. 28 hours/week)

Join a friendly, import business with offices in the UK, India and China. Based in Ipswich, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our Financial Controller and keep operations running smoothly.

This role offers flexibility and the Logistics Coordinator will be required to work a minimum of 28 hours per week with hours that can be arranged to suit your schedule— would be ideal for someone managing school drop-offs or other commitments.

What you’ll do as the Logistics Coordinator:

* Coordinate transport logistics and liaise with shipping agents and carriers

* Track vessel arrivals and update schedules

* Communicate with customers and forwarders

* Handle documentation and general office admin

* Input data accurately
