Spearhead the development of the music curriculum, ensuring it remains dynamic and relevant
Lead and inspire music staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative approach to teaching
Harness technology to enhance musical learning and encourage self-directed exploration
Utilize assessment data to tailor lesson plans and provide constructive feedback
Uphold the highest standards of teaching and learning within the music department
