Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Princes Risborough

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (30 minute lunch break)

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Handle a high volume of incoming telephone and email enquiries with professionalism.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and to their satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, manufacturing, and logistics.
Manage customer orders from creation to on-time delivery.
Log, assess, and resolve service issues, raising RMA/Replacement orders as necessary.
Provide reception cover in the absence of the Showroom Host.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all issues are updated consistently.Skills:

Strong customer service skills, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Proficient in handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using computer systems, preferably CRM and Excel.How to apply:
