The Role
As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, managing end-to-end recruitment processes while building long-term partnerships. This is a hybrid role combining delivery, client management, and strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities

Manage existing client accounts, ensuring service excellence and retention

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals

Work closely with recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates on time

Manage job briefs, advertise roles, shortlist CVs, and coordinate interviews

Attend client meetings (virtual and in-person) to review performance and pipeline
*
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and cross-sell other recruitment services

Ensure ATS and CRM systems are up to date with accurate information

Proven experience in recruitment (agency or RPO) with account management focus
