As a Band 7 CAMHS Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children, young people, and their families, working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to support mental health and wellbeing across South London.

What you can add:
* Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and review therapeutic interventions, ensuring high standards of care for children, young people, and their families.
* Develop and sustain effective working relationships with statutory and voluntary organisations, as well as other CAMHS teams, to support coordinated care and joint working
* Contribute to service improvement through audits, evaluations, and research, applying evidence-based practice and sharing knowledge across the team.
* Provide tailored interventions via individual, group, and family sessions, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of clients.
* Support the development of colleagues through supervision, teaching, and consultation for trainees and junior team members.
What you’ll need:
* Relevant professional qualification and CAMHS experience, registered with HCPC, SWE, ACP, UKCP, or BACP.
* Assessed supervised clinical experience working with children and adolescents with mental health difficulties.
* Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders.
* Experience working collaboratively with supervisors, service users, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to assess needs, plan, and deliver care.
* Understanding and experience of individual, group, and family interventions, clinical governance, audit, and CAMHS supervision processes.
