The role
• Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and 2, leading small groups and covering lessons as required
• Work closely with teachers to deliver creative and engaging lessons
• Help to plan, prepare, and assess activities, ensuring all pupils reach their full potential
• Contribute to a positive classroom environment, supporting children’s academic and social development

• HLTA status (or equivalent experience in a UK primary school)
• Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about education
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
