HGV Class 1 Driver - Knowsley

Pertemps Crewe are seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client’s prestigious Knowsley site on a Temp to Perm basis. If you’re interested in ADHOC driving opportunities, we’re also offering flexible work. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent work with a reputable company.

What you’ll be doing as a HGV Class 1 Driver:
Driving a curtain sider heavy goods vehicle on nationwide deliveries
Completing a maximum of 2 deliveries per day
Handling loads that are FLTed off, with no manual handling apart from moving the curtains
What we’re looking for as a HGV Class 1 Driver:

Valid CE entitlement
Digital Tachograph Card (Digi) and CPC Card
Maximum of 6 penalty points
Details for the HGV Class 1 Driver role:

Location: Knowsley
Start times: Between 05:00 – 07:00
Days: Monday to Friday
PAYE Rate: £17.00 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm with induction required
