Position: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Southampton (multiple school sites across the city)
Start Date: September 2025
Age Requirement: 20+
We are working in partnership with a well-established and highly supportive complex SEN school in Southampton, seeking dedicated LSAs to join their team from September. You’ll be working with pupils who have a wide range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and communication difficulties.
Essential Requirements:
Experience working in SEN environments or a background in medical care
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
A valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service – or willingness to apply for one
Must be aged 20 or over
Desirable:
A full UK driving licence – you may be asked to work across different school sites within the city
