Avenue are currently seeking a Clear and Waste Water Team Leader to lead a two-person team within a busy construction company. The company headquarters are in Livingston but you could be located across the east or west of Scotland as they have projects in many locations.

The Role

You will take on a hands-on leadership role in the delivery of both planned and reactive repairs , ensuring the smooth operation of clear water and waste water networks.
Working closely with the team to carry out essential maintenance, including minor civil works where required.
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide on-site leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members.
The Candidate

Excellent proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team effectively.
Previous Waste Water and Clear water experience is essential
A solid understanding of waste water network repairs, including maintenance and minor civil works.
Excellent problem solving skills
DOMS & Water Hygiene
NRSWA Qualifications
