Job Title: Social Worker - Children in Care

Hourly Rate: £35.00ph

Working Hours: 37 hours

Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office Riverside, 4 Canning Road Lowestoft NR32 0EQ

Practice in line with Children in Care social work tasks
Preparing Children in Care paperwork and pathway plans
Face to face visits with young people and carers Office based work as well as vocational travel
Supporting young people to prepare for adulthood, especially in relation to completing referrals for post 18 accommodation
Liaising with educational providers as well as partner agencies as needed
Able to follow safeguarding procedures Prepare and attend supervisionIf you thrive to make a difference and have 3 years Social worker experience and this is the role for you, then we would love to hear from you
