About the Role
Teach in our on-site resource base, working with pupils with SEN needs (e.g. SEMH, autism, learning difficulties)
Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet individual needs and help all children make progress
Co-work and lead alongside SEN teaching assistants (TAs) in the classroom
Contribute to assessment, EHCP review, progress tracking and reports
Liaise with parents, external agencies and the wider school staff
Support transitions, inclusion strategies, and best practice in SEND pedagogyWhat We Offer

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience (or demonstrable interest) working with children with special educational needs
