Based in Gloucester on a major bus route, working as a general operator you will be responsible for the safe operation and optimisation of equipment within manufacturing. You will work 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights followed by 4 days off. With a starting salary off £34,000 + Overtime opportunities this is an excellent opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain machinery within production at required quality.
Complete and maintain area/equipment cleaning and checking procedures.
Accurate recording of operating conditions to meet production plan.
Identify areas for improvement.
Ensure all roles and responsibilities are up to operating standards.
Skills and Attributes:

Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
Must be able to pass a drugs screening.
Proficient in reading and writing.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and manage your own workload.
A passion for career development and progression.
IT Skills – The ability to use and have a basic understanding of computer software including Microsoft Office.
