Role description

We are seeking a Senior EUC / Google Workspace Lead to oversee the design, build and rollout of a modern Google Workspace environment for a leading financial services organisation. This is a senior, influential role requiring a blend of technical depth, programme leadership, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
The successful candidate will lead the transformation initiative to create a secure, scalable and enterprise grade Workspace ecosystem-comparable to an M365/Teams style environment-with a focus on collaboration, productivity, data management and user experience.

Essential skills and experience

Google Workspace Architecture, Design & Implementation
Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of a new Google Workspace platform
Build an integrated environment covering email, collaboration, productivity tools, data storage and access management
Define architecture standards, security controls, governance frameworks and best practices
Ensure seamless integration with existing banking systems and security tooling
Lead large scale EUC rollouts, migrations and modernisation programmes
Develop migration strategy, tooling approach and roadmap
Oversee user adoption, change management and cutover activity
Ensure high-quality end-user experience across devices and platforms
