The role: 

Lead and support our talented nursing team.
Shape and advance the practice’s nursing agenda.
Deliver and oversee core nursing skills, including immunisations, chronic disease management, and a range of screening and diagnostic services.
Bring expertise in diabetes management. 
The candidate:

Experience as a practice or senior nurse role is desirable. 
Ability to lead, mentor and support nursing colleagues.
Proficient in core nursing skills: immunisations, wound care, screening, and diagnostics. 
Excellent communication skills
