Are you organised, detail-focused, and ready to hit the ground running? Our client is seeking a proactive Admin & Data Entry Assistant for a 6-month temporary assignment, supporting a small, close-knit team of three.
This is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a varied support role where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Entering data and creating simple Excel formulas with precision
* Collating contractor timesheets and inputting hours
* Reconciling invoices to support the finance process
* Answering phones and providing a professional, friendly service
* Assisting with general office admin and ad-hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong MS Office skills — especially confident in Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Clear communication and a helpful, team-focused mindset
* Previous experience in an admin or data entry role
