We currently have a brand new opportunity for an experienced accounts administrator to join a successful business in Brierley Hill.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar role with the ability to work in a team, independently and also able to manage their own workload effectively.
Working on a standard day shift (9-5) some key responsibilities for the role are listed below:
·Accurately processing customer orders in a timely manner using xero software
·Booking necessary delivery slots
·Creating shipment documentation
·Day-to-day management of data on a crm
·Handling inbound customer queries via phone and email
·Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
