The role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become an expert in your market and take full ownership of your own client and candidate relationships. Day to day, you will:
* Develop and maintain strong candidate & client relationships
* Generate new business opportunities via phone, meetings, and networking
* Identify, qualify, and headhunt candidates for open roles
* Manage the full recruitment process — from initial contact to offer stage
* Negotiate contracts and fees with clients
* Work to weekly KPIs and performance targets
* Stay up to date with industry trends and news
* Collaborate closely with your team to share insights and win together
