Job Title: Paralegal - Commercial Property (Halton Based)
Hourly Rate: £15 per hour
Location: Halton, UK
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract / Part-Time (flexible arrangements considered)

About the Role:
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join our team in Halton. This role is well-suited to someone with experience in property transactions who can manage a busy caseload and support solicitors with a variety of property-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with commercial property transactions from instruction to completion

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation including leases, licences, and contracts

Supporting with enquiries, searches, and title reviews

Preparing reports and maintaining accurate files and case management systems

Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, local authorities, and internal stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with relevant property law and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial property law is essential

Strong knowledge of property transactions, leases, and related documentation

Ideally, experience working within or alongside a local authority environment

Excellent drafting, research, and administrative skills

Ability to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision

Strong communication and organisational abilities

Legal qualification or equivalent paralegal experience preferred
